Independent training provider accreditation for your own training courses
Sunshine Accreditation is designed for training providers who already have their own courses, manuals and academy structure, and would like their training professionally reviewed and accredited.
We review the training provider, tutor suitability, course content, learning outcomes, assessment methods and learner evidence requirements to help ensure courses are delivered with clear structure and professional standards.
It is for educators who want more than a badge: credibility, clear standards, learner confidence and verification through the Sunshine Accreditation system.

How Sunshine Accreditation Works
A simple accreditation process
Provider Review and Decision
The Sunshine team reviews your provider suitability and supporting information. No course-package subscription is charged while your application is under review.
Log In and Activate
Once approved, sign into the accreditation portal and activate any remaining balance in full or by 11 monthly card payments. Packages with no balance activate automatically.

The £99 Training Provider Approval fee forms part of, not an addition to, the displayed package price. If approved, that £99 is deducted and you activate only the remaining balance through the member login.
Package commitment: the accreditation package you select is the package you are committing to purchase if your application is approved. If you want to change package later, charges may apply.
Approval does not automatically take another payment. Approved providers must log in, choose pay in full or monthly billing, and complete secure checkout before accreditation, logo use and verification become active.
The £99 Training Provider Approval Fee becomes non-refundable once review begins. After activation, a failed, cancelled or unpaid payment plan will suspend accreditation status, logo use and verification until the account is resolved.

Verification
Verify a Sunshine Accredited Provider
Sunshine Accreditation links with the Sunshine verification system for approved training providers and academies, allowing students, employers, insurers and training providers to check active Sunshine Accreditation where applicable.
Student certificates issued by independent accredited providers are not automatically added to the Sunshine verification system. Approved providers receive free access to CertiChecker so they can manage their own learner certificate verification records if they choose to offer certificate verification.

Common accreditation questions
Is the £99 approval fee extra?
No. It is the first payment towards your selected package and is deducted from the displayed total. It becomes non-refundable once the provider review begins.
How long does Sunshine Accreditation last?
Sunshine Accreditation is valid for 12 months, subject to payment status and ongoing compliance.
When do I choose how to pay the remaining balance?
No remaining balance is taken when you apply. If approved, sign into the accreditation portal and choose pay in full or 11 monthly card payments.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A failed monthly payment can suspend your accreditation status, badge use, course approval and public verification. Your payment plan may also be cancelled, so please contact Sunshine Accreditation promptly if you need help reinstating it.
Can I add more courses later?
Yes. Additional courses can be added during the 12-month period, subject to review and additional fees.
Does Sunshine Accreditation guarantee insurance?
No. Insurance is always subject to the insurer's own terms, treatment type, learner age, prerequisites and policy conditions.
