Sunshine Accreditation is led by Rhian, an experienced educator, assessor and quality assurance professional with more than 21 years of experience within the hair, beauty and education industries.
Rhian has worked across practical training, course development, assessment, internal quality assurance and academy support. She understands what it takes to create a course that is not only professional on paper, but also safe, structured and suitable for real learners.
Alongside running Sunshine Training, Rhian holds recognised teaching, assessing and quality assurance qualifications and has supported educators and academies throughout the UK with developing their courses, improving their learner journeys and building stronger training businesses.
